Tracy Starks is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and ministry leader dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. As the founder of Restored to Rise Ministries and creator of the transformative Mending Broken Peaces Tea Party experience, Tracy empowers people to move from brokenness to restoration through faith, healing, and personal development.
With a background in corporate leadership, business development, and ministry, Tracy combines practical wisdom with biblical truth to help others overcome rejection, trauma, grief, and life's unexpected challenges. She is the author of inspirational resources focused on healing, identity, and restoration, including Mending Broken Peaces: A Healing Journey Back to Peace, Purpose, and Identity in Christ.
In addition to her ministry work, Tracy is the founder of The Starks Foundation, an organization committed to strengthening communities through education, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, health awareness, and scholarship opportunities.
Through speaking engagements, workshops, conferences, tea parties, and digital resources, Tracy's mission is simple: to help people mend the broken places, rediscover their purpose, and rise into the life God has called them to live.

IT ALL STARTED...
With Mending Broken Peaces
I still remember my first day as a marketing manager at the Fortune 500 company. I had worked so hard to land a high-paying role right out of college. This was it - I had made it to the big leagues! But just a few years in, I realized something was missing. As I cranked out reports and sat through endless meetings, I felt unfulfilled.
Where was the creativity? The vision? The passion?

This is how most of my days look like now.
That's When I Finally Discovered My True Calling...
I didn't set out to become a branding expert - it kind of crept up on me. While working my marketing job, I started an Instagram just for fun to share my amateur photography. Soon local shops were reaching out asking if I could snap some product shots for their feeds. I loved finding the perfect angles and filters to capture their offerings. When they asked me to craft captions to go with the photos, it tapped into my creative side in a way my day job didn't.
Before I knew it, I was helping these small businesses shape their brand stories and connect with customers. My little side gig took on a life of its own. The more I helped local shops find their unique voices, the more I felt this was what I was meant to do. One day I woke up and realized that my passion project had become my true calling. Now I get to live my dream of turning overlooked businesses into beloved brands.
Soon enough, I had built up a little side business as a branding consultant and content creator. My followers were growing, my clients were expanding, and I was making real connections.
